1.       FK2-MT(1:2) ISO 50 2 axis integrated head

FK2-MT(1:2) ISO50  主轴式五轴头

The FK2-MT(1:2) ISO 50 head allows the spindle to move, position and mill, according to the “A” and “C” axes.

The dimensions are following the  drawing.

五轴头允许在AC轴运转的状态下,主轴转动,定位和铣削。尺寸参考图纸。

1.a  A axis.

              A

The spindle support rotates following the A axis into the fork and the rotation is effected on preloaded radial-axial roller bearings.

主轴可随着A轴在叉形体内旋转,并且主轴旋转有带有预载的轴向径向滚柱轴承支撑。

The A rotation transmission is effected with a servomotor, a precision reduction gear box, and worm and gear.

A轴旋转是依靠伺服电机通过减速箱和带消隙的涡轮蜗杆来 驱动。

A hydraulic clamping device is provided.

A 轴夹紧依靠液压夹紧机构

The position measuring is effected by an precision encoder directly on the axis.

角度位置是依靠主轴上的精密光栅检测。

Three electrical signals are provided:

有三个电器信号

·          Reset of the A axis. A轴重置

·          Limit switch +.         正向限位

·          Limit switch -.          负向限位

1.b  C axis.

1.c   Spindle.

主轴

The spindle is supported by angular contact high precision ball bearings.

主轴依靠精密角接触球轴承支撑

The power is transmitted through two spiral bevel tempered and ground couples and tempered and ground gears.

动力依靠2个螺旋伞齿轮和磨过的齿轮传递

The ratio between inlet and outlet spindle is 1:2.

输入和输出主轴转速比为1:2

Each shaft is supported by angular contact precision ball bearings.

每个主轴都依靠精密角接触球轴承来支撑

The spindle taper follows the standard ISO 50 following DIN 69871.

主轴输出锥孔为ISO50 Din69871

The tool is clamped by a mechanical spring device and unclamped by a hydraulic device. The return of the tool unclamping piston is effected by oil pressure.

刀具夹紧依靠叠簧实现,松开依靠液压装置实现。刀具松开活塞归位依靠油压实现。

During tool change an air blow keeps the taper clean.

换刀期间有清洁空气吹出

Air supply through the front cover of the spindle is provided.

有主轴端盖气密封

The gear and bearing lubrication is effected by oil.

轴承和齿轮依靠油润滑
